The design features a larger photo collage and an over-hanging logo, all in beautiful sage tones.  Wonderful work by Adon Newman of Blue Lotus.

There is a full-featured CMS for this site, which allows for the simple creation of site-specific entities.   You just enter text, upload a photo, and it automatically gets inserted into the listing, and gets its own detail page.
